Full Throttle: All-American Racing, known in Japan as Full Power (フル・パワー )[5], was a racing video game released for the SNES in 1994 by Cybersoft.
The racing in this video game was done on motorcycles or water skis or on both.[2] Six racers can be controlled by the human player.[2] These include: a newly-released convict, an African-American, and the game's token female.[2] Places visited in the game include the Appalachian Mountains, San Francisco's elaborate streets, and Arizona's flat wasteland deserts.[6]
An unusual aspect of the game was that the player had the choice between playing the game with music only, or sound effects only. It was not possible to play the game with both at the same.
